While our neighbours this weekend were busy with their Spring Thing, on the WHHR Gertrude took part in the ‘Royal Gala’. Gertrude had a lovely weekend working together with resident Gelert and visitor Elidir, the sun shone throughout too!

Nik on April 21st, 2011 | File Under Visits | No Comments -We are pleased to announce that we will have a presence at the Warley MRC show at the NEC on November 19th & 20th. Gertrude will be on display as the centrepiece of a narrow gauge themed area at this year’s show.
We are very pleased to be able to confirm that Gertrude will be remaining at the Welsh Highland Heritage Railway in Porthmadog for the duration of the 2011 season.
Look out for copies of the September edition of Narrow Gauge World, due out later this week… Gertrude can be found making a splash across the front page.
